| The industrial and commercial administrative department is an important law-enforcement department in our country. The industrial and commercial administrative department administrating according to law has important role on maintaining the socialism market order and ruling a country under the rule of law. However, in the law enforcement practice, industrial and commercial administrative law-enforcement still exists many problems, for example the problems of law-enforcement basis for industrial and commercial administrative, the problems of the law-enforcement subject, the part of procedural problems, and the problems of supervision mechanism of the industrial and commercial administrative law enforcement and so on. With reference to the United States, Britain and Singapore countries similar industrial and commercial administrative enforcement mode, combined with the actual situation of Chinese industrial and commercial administrative enforcement of law, the author puts forward the constructive measures to solve these problems:Firstly, we should improve the industrial and commercial administrative law-enforcement basis; Secondly, we must improve the level of law-enforcement subject; Thirdly, we should solve the part of procedural problems; Lastly, we can enhance the supervision mechanism for administration of industrial and commercial law enforcement. We hope to promote law-based administration comprehensively and enforce law strictly then to build a country ruled by law. |
