Study On Trust Crisis Resolve And Reconstruction Of Nonprofit Organizations In The Chinese Mainland

As the reform and opening-up policy goes on, with the country’s transferring space and the economy developing, non-government organizations grow up gradually in the domestic, meanwhile, the nonprofit organizations develop very fast like the bamboo shoots enjoying a spring rain and play an irreplaceable role which are active in all fields at home. Although the nonprofit organizations develop rapidly, the problem of lacking credibility becomes more and more obvious, what’s more, some people think that it is in Tacitus trap. In recent years, although the researches of the credibility about the domestic nonprofit organization are less, but the whole situation is developing, existing researches concentrate on the credibility evaluation mostly, not the systematic research on the problem of the lacking credibility. So, finding the reason that causes nonprofit organization’s credibility lacking is very necessary.This essay defines the concept of nonprofit organization firstly, then explains its characteristics and their mutual relationship, meanwhile, basing on the analysis of credibility, the paper will redefine the concept of credibility and the factors which influence its development. Thirdly, constructing "the nonprofit organization credibility and attributes relation model", and taking the model as a tool, analyzing the trust crisis’ cause of the Red Cross, Henan Song Qingling foundation and the young children’s charity rescue fund, then obtains that lack of attributes is the fundamental reason for lacking credibility of the nonprofit organization, Finally, this paper takes some countermeasures, to rebuild the credibility of the nonprofit organizations from the repair of nonprofit organizations’ attributes specific, such as, to straighten out the relationship between NPO and government; to establish and perfect the legal system for nonprofit organization; construct the multiple supervision system; perfect the NPO governance; strengthen self-discipline.The paper which finds the credibility lacking reason from lack of attributes is rare. It advocates that the basic attributes of nonprofit organization control its advantages and disadvantages as a Third Department; Internal governance and external system of NPO are the impacts which influence the nonprofit organization’s attributes health and intact; a characteristic attribute deletion of nonprofit organization is the fundamental reason for the lack of credibility of nonprofit organization; reconstructing the nonprofit organization’s policies and measures should be around to repair and strengthen the attributes of nonprofit organization to develop.
