A Study On Government Credibility In The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

A better government credibility is the foundation that enhanced a sense ofpublic’s political trust and affiliation to the communist party and government,and also is an important guarantee for the implementation of harmonious politicsand society. From the present stage, it is very urgent and necessary to developthe government credibility. In the improvement process of governmentcredibility, the ideas, ways and methods of ideological and political educationpossess a better reference significance and practical value for improving thegovernment credibility.This paper first analyzes the relationship between ideological and politicaleducation and improvement of government credibility, and highlights theimportance and necessity of ideological and political education to improve thecredibility of government.Afterwards, the efforts and achievements in past fewyears that aims at improving the government credibility are summarized in thispaper. In addition, it also discusses the social and ideological reasons that weakening the credibility of government in a certain field at present stage. Onthis basis, it attempts to put forward some countermeasures that using the theoryand methods of ideological and political education to improve the credibility ofgovernment, which includes strengthening the people-oriented governing ideaeducation,working for the public and assumespower for the people of politicalconcept education.,fulfilling their duties integrity of the moral education, leadingcadre public servant education,according to law ruling concept of administrationand other safeguard measures.The construction of government credibility is a systematic socialengineering, which relies on the connotations of social credibility culture, andalso depends on every citizen’s trust and supervision to government, andgovernance process with legal provisions. In this paper, the research isconducted from the point of view of ideological and political education, which isan exploration to a new thought, and is expected to promote government staffand the public’s overall ideological and political quality with the ideological andpolitical education by means of establishing a honest, supervision, smooth socialcredit system. It provides a firm assurance and ideological foundation thatenables government in our nation to become a government with characteristicsof fairness, democracy, transparency, law and integrity.
