The Study Of “People-oriented”Under Scientific Outlook On Development And Its Contemporary Value

In 2003,the third plenary session of the sixteen put forward the scientific concept of development for the first time,has responded to the Marx doctrine of science. In the report of the 17 th Party Congress in 2007, Comrade Hu Jintao clarify the scientific concept of development: the first essential is development, the core is people-oriented, the basic requirement is comprehensively coordinated and sustainable, balance is the fundamental method. At present, China has entered into the deepening reform of comprehensive crucial period, the report of 18 th CPC National Congress put forward "people-oriented" of scientific development as the guiding ideology of our party and state.
