Mao Zedong is a great proletarian revolutionist, strategist and theorist, and also a great educator Marx doctrine. Mao’s Education Thought is combining the general principle of the Marx doctrine and the thousands of years of our heritage of outstanding education thought and produce suitable for Chinese actual educational ideological system. Mao Thought of education is an organic part of Mao thoughts inalienable, has made great achievements in history to guide the practice of Chinese socialist education, has withstood the test of practice, but also enriches and develops Marx’s educational thoughts. In the reform, the basic theory of Mao Zedong Thought of Education under the new historical conditions to Chinese education development and innovation, still has important guiding significance.During the period of Yanan or the shensi-kansu-ningsia border region during the period of Comrade Mao, is at the core of the CPC Central Committee in Northern Shaanxi China leadership of the new democratic revolution thirteen years. This period is a mature period of Mao’s educational thought. During this period, Mao Zedong made a complete and scientific educational thought of new democracy system, the period of Mao Zedong Thought of education is not only the development of Mao Zedong established in the Central Soviet Area of the new democratic educational thought, but also is in after the founding of new China Mao Zedong basis to construct socialist education thought, is Mao Zedong early radical democratic education quality leap. Therefore, there is important theoretical value and practical significance of Mao Zedong Thought of education research in Yanan period.In this paper, according to the Marx’s theory and the method, take Yanan as the research time, Mao Zedong Thought on education as the object, based on analyzing the objective background of Mao Zedong Education Practice in Yanan period of Mao Zedong, explore the contribution to Chinese educational thought development theory, summarizes the basic content of Mao Zedong Thought and experience enlightenment education. The full text is divided into four parts, the main content and views are as follows:The first chapter:introduction. This chapter for the problem was proposed. Firstly, introduces the research background and the research significance; secondly, introduces the present situation of research on Mao Zedong’s educational thought of scholars at home and abroad; finally clear the train of thought of the research, which focuses on the research issues, research route and method.The second chapter:the formation of Mao Zedong Thought of education in Yanan period. This chapter is the basis and the premise of the research. Firstly, defines the related concepts, and secondly, to investigate the formation of Mao Zedong Thought of education during the period of Yanan from two aspects of history and personal.The third chapter:the main contents of Mao Zedong Thought of education in Yanan period. This chapter mainly elaborated this research part. From the first few value orientation, education objective, education contents and education methods etc. of the main contents of Mao Zedong Thought of education in Yanan period.The fourth chapter:Mao Zedong Thought of education during the period of Yanan history meaning and modern enlightenment. This is the final conclusion of this study and sublimation. In the foundation of summary and analysis of Mao Zedong Thought of education content, summarizes the Mao Zedong Education Idea in Yanan historical significance; put forward the new thinking on the education development thought of Mao Zedong Education:first, fully understand the importance of Ideological and political education in the new normal; second, insist on the role of social practice in cultivating talents in third, the strengthening of quality education; promoting the all-round development of people; finally, adhere to the mass line to realize the combination of popularity and improve.
