The Study Of Construction Of New Society Security Culture With Chinese Characteristics

Establishment and perfection of the social security system is closely related to the developed level of the social economy, however, increasingly number of people realized that the culture is also a key factor toward to the establishment and development of the social security system. Different value orientation and cultural ideas are breeding the different social security systems. Based on the view of culture, we can understand the reasons of the establishment and improvement of a social security system, thus, through the cultivate the social security culture, promote the benign development of the social security system. With the promotion of building of our country’s socialism harmonious society and well-off society in an all-round way, establish the new society security culture with Chinese characteristics and improve the social security career and society security system with Chinese characteristics even more becomes one kind of urgent need.Based on the analysis and absorption of social security culture related theory, the paper generalized the connotations of new society security culture with Chinese characteristics, refining two features: Chinese characteristics and New. Then, combined our country’s concrete actual conditions, thoughts on the lack of new society security culture with Chinese characteristics, and then presents the common features and inspirations of society security culture of three representative Western countries, i.e. USA, Germany, and Japan. And analysis and reflect the Chinese traditional social security culture. At last integrated above thinking, the paper proposes the approach and route about how to construct new society security culture with Chinese characteristics.
