A Research On Innovation Of Rural Social Management System And Mechanism In Shanxi Province

With the increasingly comprehensive strength of China, varioussocial problems gradually appear, and they become a stumblingblock on the road ahead of Chinese socialism. Especially, as thebasis of Chinese society, rural social problems will directly affectthe stability of Chinese society. For this reason, strengthening andinnovating the rural social management become the importantissue to be solved in the construction of the socialist society. Thedevelopment of the rural restricts the increase of the entireprovince in economic and other development, so the task of ruralsocial management is still arduous in Shanxi Province which stillaccounts for a large proportion of primary industry, in order toaccelerate the development, Shanxi Province should base on theirsituation of the province, then innovate rural social managementsystem and mechanism, maintaining social stability，acceleraterural economic development.The first part of this paper analyzes the current researchbackground and significance of rural social management,summarized the research achievements in rural social managementthat obtained by experts and scholars in the social managementfield home and abroad then summarizes the experience of social management in a number of countries. The second part of the paperdefining the related concepts of this article, then introduced theusing methods of the research and the reason of the site chosen.The third part introduces all aspects of achievements in rural socialmanagement in recent years, put forward the problems existing inthe rural social management in Shanxi Province, and analyzes theroot cause of these problems. The fourth part is detailedintroduction and analysis of county A in Shanxi Province as anexample of the rural social management system and mechanisminnovation model for. The fifth part summarizes the experience ofsocial management in a number of countries and the experience ofcountry A, then get revelation from them. Aim at the currentsituation of rural in Shanxi Province, to achieve Shanxi rural socialmanagement system and mechanism innovation through sixaspects: change the idea of Rural Social Management,execute grid management, to speed up the development of ruralsocial organization, accelerate the construction of rural socialsecurity system, to improve the level of rural education, and innovaterural environment comprehensive governance mechanism. Theconclusion part of this paper has carried on the conclusion andsummary; analyze the problems and deficiencies in the process ofthe research.
