The government can employ various measures to protect national economy and promote stable development of domestic market and national industry. China has a short history of antidumping practice, and we shall learn the legislative experience from the United States and improve our antidumping legislation, establish stimulative mechanism for enterprises to answer antidumping cases and trade remedy system to protect national industy.
