The increasingly serioussocial risk factors caused a high attention, the studies of hate crime in foreigncountries come to a certain scale, but it doesn’t get the attention it deserves in ourcountry, related research is not much.Searching for relevant domestic hate crime research articles, lots of them take aoverall macroscopic angle analysis of hate crime, only a few emphasis on analysis ofthe cause of hate crime, and specific analysis of the cause of hate crime psychology isunable to look up to. So this topic takes hate crime as an independent crime type in astudy of types, thinking about the important role of psychological factors on hatecrimes, chooses the psychological causes of hate crimes, with typical cases and theempirical data, analysis of the psychological characteristics of hate crimes in ourcountry, fully understanding of the process of hatred, and hatred in order to preventand control crime, to ease social contradictions, promote social stability to make alittle contribution.The reason of selecting topic mainly depends on the purpose of perfecting thesystem of hate crime study, put forward of the integrated effects of more hate crimecauses psychological point of view, and illustrate the relationship and interactionbetween various factors, trying to explore the new path of hate crime psychological correction. Again, also isthe core part of this paper, analyze the psychological causes of hate crime, combinedwith psychological genetic mechanism in the criminal psychology theory, put forwarda hate crime psychological formation of multi-factors comprehensive action, and thenfurther interpret the main body of hate crime psychological causes and externalfactors, the main body factor mainly includes the hatred criminal both physiologicaland psychological factors, external environmental factors from the two aspects ofmacroscopic and microscopic. The final conclusion part put forward the preventionand treatments on the hate crime psychology few expected, including hatred ofcriminal psychological correction, actor self-control ability, and improve the objectivesociety as a whole and the environment and management three aspects.To sum up, the top priority in research into the causes of hate crime is thepsychological reason, hatred is a physiological instincts of human beings, but not thehatred will lead to a hate crime.
