| With the rapid development of market economy as well as the establishment and gradual promotion of modern enterprise system, people have been paying great attention to the building of corporate culture. It has been developed as the driven force of the enterprise, the potential cultural strength and the life source of enterprise development. To build a positive, healthy and grumous environment of corporate culture, the fundamental guiding line of traditional ideological and political education is a must. In a word, the construction of corporate culture is the prerequisite and necessity for a stronger enterprise, and the key factor for modern enterprises to improve their comprehensive strength. There still exist many difficulties although we have promoted people’s well-being and advanced the growth of the enterprises in the course of reform and opening up. Only when we take the advantage of ideological and political education, consistently take efforts to tackle the problems, can we promote the construction of corporate culture in the long run.This thesis analyzes the background and significance of this topic from the current situation of Chinese enterprises, and then states the significance of the ideological and political education on the basis of its relationship with the construction of corporate culture. The author probes into the issue from five aspects:the need to ensure the direction of socialism, the need to practice the outlook on the scientific development, the need to adhere to the consistence of goals, the need to realize the management of modern enterprises and the need to cultivate a sound corporate culture. Then, this thesis discusses the problems existing in the construction process of corporate culture. In the last chapter, to solve the problems and in view of the necessity analysis above, this thesis discusses the active role of ideological and political education on the construction of corporate culture to ensure its realization. |
