The Analysis Of The Guarantee And Relief Of The Organization Of Farmer Rights

In recent years, the organization of farmers as a kind of new folk autonomy organization, and the rapid development in the background of China’s reform and opening up and the construction of new socialist countryside. The organization of farmers in collective forms, internal to self management, self service, foreign farmers to build the platform that interests, safeguard farmer’s rights for the purpose, from the inside of a full range of services for farmers. The organization of farmers have to maintain the self interests of farmers and rural social development, but if the development of deviation may also challenge to the authority of the government. So, at present our country peasants "self organizations exist in rural areas and city of our country faced widespread and rapid development, its legal status, character, range of controversial issues and on the other hand. In this paper, based on self organization theory and the relevant problem of Peasant Studies as the starting point, combining with the current situation of our rural areas, with the analysis of self organization is typical of the farmers on the self-organization of migrant workers, rural community self-organization, summed up the organization of farmers right relief way, thus proposed the development of farmers self organization right relief system, promote the construction of harmonious society.This paper mainly from the five aspects of the organization of farmers rights relief:The first part expounds the general theory of self-organization, the self organization theory, and introduces the research status. Introduced the home and abroad since the formation and development, organization theory, combining the current situation of our country, the peasants’self organization theory and the right relief mechanism.The second part discusses the organization of farmers power operation mechanism. Firstly, the organization of farmers and now three remedies for comparison, highlighting the organization of farmers rights relief advantage, then put forward the necessity of the development of farmers’organizations, the self organization theory research present situation and operation situation, and come to the conclusion that the organization right relief way.The third part of the thesis discusses the organization of farmers rights and remedies. Found the problem from the present research situation and the peasants’ self organizations, identify the main obstacles to the development of farmers’ organizations, analyzes the deep reason of slow development.The fifth part from the current situation of civil disputes in China, combined with the current development of farmers’ organizations encountered difficulties, puts forward some rationalization proposals, and combining its function and significance of the new rural construction and the construction of the harmonious society, feasibility analysis.The organization of farmers rights relief provides ways and expression of demand and participation in public affairs for the farmers groups, provides a new perspective for the diversification of China’s dispute settlement. Research on the organization of farmers rights relief, not only can provide a theoretical reference for the healthy development of the organization of farmers, but also to promote the development of self-organization theory of democracy.
