In recent years, particularly with the development of society forensic technology, has introduced a lot of basic techniques. On the one hand, a modern science and technology is reflected in the area of criminal proceedings, on the other hand,the national crime control and protection of human rights to achieve the objective requirements. In particular, with the development of telecommunications technology, monitoring, surveillance and other technical forensic measures have been widely applied to the investigation of the process technology. Therefore, in this context, the technical investigation of the legal regulation system analysis and research, it becomes necessary and urgent. This article is based on imperfect technology development and regulatory investigations of the basic paradox construction carried out, the full analysis of the technical investigation demonstrated legal regulation issues paper discusses the major issues discussed.
