Cyerbullying is an extension of Traditional bullying on the Internet.Also it’s nature is the same as Traditional bullying,it also has unique characteristics,such as diversity ways,anonymity and so on.We adopt the method of questionnaire survey to study the state of cyberbullying among teenagers in four schools of Beijing in China.Then we put forward suggestions to make our country’s legal system perfect which based on taking advantage of foreign countries’useful management experience.Our suggestions are the following six tips.Firstly,enforcing the punishment of the existing law,making the standard of compensation for mental injure more clear and improve it’s standard properly so that to punish bullies;Secondly,refining the process of notification which is conducted by the victim.At the same time,we should protect the privacy of minors by enacting the special legislation about Internet;Thirdly,ask the Internet service provider to undertake the disclosure about information publisher which should be ordered in the law;Fourthly,make sure school’s security regulation responsibility in the law,such as the conditions of management responsibility and it’s range about time and space;Fifthly,improving the legal quality of law enforcement officers by constructing the law enforcement team;At last,let the government,schools,parents and network industry self-regalatory organisations to participate the boycott to Cyberbullying,so that we can provide guarantee to prevent Cyberbullying.
