Research About Citizen Participation In Public Related Policy Making Process

With the development of the socialist market economy, the rapid increase of China’seconomic and various types of economic groups, political groups, and non-governmentalorganizations are growing very fast. The Citizen Participation in the public related policymaking process is required to assist the further improvement of democracy and socialconstruction and development has become very important to meet people’s need foreconomic development, political participation, against corruption and efficient administration.However our traditional culture of conservative and centralized style Government coursesnegative impact to citizens participation, this will hindered the construction and developmentof service-oriented government.In her paper the first part is focused on the background and significance of this topic, itanalyzes domestic and international public policy about the citizen participation in publicrelated policy designing, according to concepts of public policy, citizen participation onmacroscopic, and some previous research results. Her article uses political science,administrative science, sociology and other disciplines for basic research theory. Through theanalysis of China’s current citizen participation in public related policies making situation,she digs information on the theory content and scope, combined with actual cases likeinformation sharing from Finance Bureau of Guangzhou city to local citizens, Nanjinggovernment evaluation activities by citizens, micro-blog voice involve in politics, law fromthe designing process. It analyzed not only the situation from four different levels to findgood experience in citizen participation in public related policy designing, but also pointedout that the current regulation is not perfect, lack of system security, official description of participation, participation channel do have problems; Also she analyzed the topic frompolitical, economic, cultural level for the main problems. Finally, she look forward thedevelopment and improvement of citizen participation in public related policy designing bygovernment’s administrative philosophy and group behavior administration, as well as thecitizen participation protection system, in this way her article tries to explore new modes andmethods.
