But with some developed countriesor regions outside of the real estate brokerage, we a lot of problems in the process ofdevelopment, these large and small problems seriously affects the healthy development of ourcountry real estate brokerage, also affects the whole moving path of the socialist marketeconomy.On this basis, the author through to the real estate brokerage organization presentsituation and existing criticism are summarized and discussed, at the same time, through thecomprehensive comparison of developed countries and regions outside brokerage organizationpresent situation, for our country real estate brokerage legal regulation research provides somefeasible measures.The article main body framework is composed of four most:The first part is the general theory of real estate brokerage organization elaborate,introduces the concept and characteristics of brokers, status and role of brokers, real estatebrokers and features of the concept, the real estate broker ’s status and role.
