Young hero education through the excellent quality of the hero, make teenagers to their learning, so as to achieve the effect of education. Contemporary young hero education has made certain achievements, but in the socialist market economy and the impact of globalization, the hero education faces many problems, which greatly influenced the effectiveness of young hero education, so it is very necessary to carry on the discussion and Research on juvenile hero education.This paper will be divided into three parts:The first part, this part is mainly to define the concept, such as hero, hero education, youth education, and further illustrates the standards of modern heroes, the hero of the difference between the education and education of heroism. Finally, aiming at the existing problem of juvenile hero education, analyzes it, and expounds the reasons of the existence of these problems, mainly including five big aspects, educators have insufficient understanding of the value of heroes education; The hero education object in the contemporary social environment has negative influence; The content of hero education ignores the authenticity and the advanced nature; Hero education method ignores the characteristics of adolescent individual development; Hero supervision and rights and interests safeguard mechanism is not sound. This part mainly expounds the juvenile hero education existing problems and cause analysis, provides an important basis for the development of effective measures in the future.The third part, explore the effective measures to carry out juvenile hero education, this article puts forward some specific measures to teenage hero education which include the juvenile hero education main body, object, content and method level, supervision and security guarantee mechanism. The main level including educators to cultivate teenagers hero view; Educators to regulate behavior leading. The object level, including adolescent Set up the correct values; Correct understanding of corruption in the party. The content level includes enhanced the authenticity of hero education content; Strengthen the time of the hero education contents. Methods hero level including interactive education method; Experiential hero education method; Comparison of hero education method. Establish the supervision mechanism in the security guarantee mechanism level; Perfect hero rights and interests safeguard mechanism. This part is the key part of this paper, mainly illustrates the effective measures in juvenile hero education, plays an important role in effectively promoting youth hero education.
