For a long time, the contradiction between developed countries and developingcountries has always been throughout the international climate negotiations, allcountries around how developed countries to reduce emissions, and how to helpdeveloping countries launches the game, and on this basis, formed the traditional patternof international climate negotiations. But with the relative decline of developedcountries and the rise of the emerging developing countries, developing countries,especially the great power will face the increasing pressure to reduce emissions. InDurban platform,international climate negotiation has turned from the "parallelnegotiations track" to "single", the developed countries and developing countries will beheld in a common platform for future of international climate negotiations regime, thegame around climate change rule will be increasingly fierce, climate negotiationsstructure will be differentiation and reorganization. China has always been an importantmember of the camp in developing countries, it helps the vast number of developingcountries seek interests in climate negotiations with its influences, maintaining thesolidarity of the camp in developing countries, but along with the development ofChinese economy and the rising carbon emissions, the differences between China andthe camps in developing countries are increasing. Therefore, in the context oftransformation of the structure of international climate negotiations, China will facemore new challenges in the future international climate negotiations, but at the same time, it provides new opportunities for the development of China.With the aid of the identity of the constructivism theory, this paper analyzes thechallenges of China in international climate negotiations regime, points out that on theone hand the collective identity between China and developing countries camp to beweaken, Chinese identity will passive transformation, so China will be under the dualpressure from developed countries and developing countries in future. On the otherhand, these changes will shake the principle of "common but differentiatedresponsibilities", leading to China have the developing countries and carbon powerdouble identity.In order to the cope wihe these new changes, China should take measures to fromthe level of unit and structure at the same time, on the one hand, China should take itscorresponding emission reduction duty, to be a responsible great power andconsolidate its identity of developing countries,and China should cooperation withdeveloped countries to make contributions to global climate governance at the sametime,; On the other hand,China should hold the initiative in future internationalregimes, participating in the reform and the construction in global climate governancesystem, establish a fair and rational order of climate, to services for China’s domesticdevelopment goals.
