Since the20th century, internet technology started to use and get graduall y popularization in China, the rapid development of information network for th e social public’s daily life and work has brought great convenience. According to Internet network information center, as of June2014, Chinese Internet users has reached632million, the Internet has become a important way of public access to and dissemination of information. But at the same time, as the Intern et is a new thing, and information network dissemination is without borders, re al-time and efficiency etc., so the work involved in the process of the spread of information network of infringement disputes are also increasing. Our countr y in2001,"copyright law of the People’s Republic of China"(hereinafter refer red to as the "copyright law") for the first time puts forward the concept of "i nformation network transmission right", in July2006, established the informatio n network transmission right protection ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the regulations), in January2013, the implementation of the supreme people’s cou rt on the trial of information network transmission right civil disputes provision s on some issues of applicable law, through the information network transmissi on right compensation standard revision, implemented in March2013the state council on amending the information network transmission right protection> re gulations of decision ".Although the court in the courts for the corresponding1egal basis, but with the rapid development of network technology, many new p roblems in the information network transmission to be resolved in the current1egal environment, also need to continuously explore in practice.This paper with related legal theory as the research background, the prese ntation of information network transmission right of information network transm ission right infringement question relief measures, the information network trans mission right infringement of the legal issues involved in the study, and combi ned with the concrete practice of our country, on how to perfect relevant legisl ation, solve the problems existing in the practice of concrete Suggestions are put forward.
