Studies Of The Development Of Scientific Development Concept On Productive Forces Theory

Basing on the defects of traditional productive forces theory, this paper analyze the innovation and development of scientific development concept on productive forces theory. First of all, analyzing the limits and shortcomings of traditional productive forces theory. Traditional productivity is defined as "the ability of which human being conquer and transform nature is an objective material force". Traditional productive forces theory get one-side emphasis on the antagonism between human being and nature, subjectivity and human being conquer and transform nature. Secondly, after elaborating productive forces theory in the scope of scientific development concept, the paper summarizes the developments and innovations of scientific development concept on productive forces theory. In scientific development concept, productive forces is, in a certain geographical area, referred to actual capactiy and real power which formed in transforming and impacting on nature with harmonious interation between human being and nature, and human being get means of production and livelihood for surviving and developing and their production needs. In this theory, factors of production is an organic whole made up of workers, subject of labor, means of labor, labor organization (labor management) and natural environment. Finally, analyzing how the scientific development concept enrich and improve productive forces theory, and discuss the theoretical value, which reveals the practical way of productive forces theory’s innovative ideas. It provides the theoretical guidance for achieving harmonious development between human being and nature, the theoretical basis for realizing completely transformation of economic growth. This paper argues that implementing the scientific development concept and promoting the productive force, need to put the development of productive force as the top priority for the party in governing and rejuvenating, persist people oriented, clear the development of productive forces is for the people. Adhere to the coordinated development, promoting coordinated regional development, achieve rational allocation of factors of production across regions. Adhere to the sustainable development, promoting the harmonious development human being and nature. Enhance the capability of independent innovation, develop technology productivity, improve the vitality of cultural development, accelerate the development of cultural productivity.
