About Farmers Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Analysis-based On The Perspective Of Scientific Outlook On Development

Scientific development perspective emphasizes “taking people as the priority, establishingall-round, harmonious and sustainable development view and promoting the overall developmentof economic society and human”. The theory of development further enriches and develops thechinization of Marxism and demonstrates human’s requirement for integrated development.Farmers’ development issue is the core of “issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area”. The partyand government successively implement a series of policies of supporting agriculture andbenefiting farmers. As a result, peasantry’s development in China is gradually taking on favorablestate of all-sided, stable and harmonious development. Analyzing the disharmony betweenfarmers’ developing situation and modernization construction requirements, the desynchronybetween peasantry’s development and development of other social groups, imbalance of internaldevelopment of farmers and the reason for these problems, the party and government propose thecountermeasure to solve farmers’ development issue through eliminating constraint of traditionalsocial structure of dual economy, providing farmers with equal development rights, environmentand opportunities and strengthening farmers’ subjectivity of self-development. Thus, it can be seenthat it is necessary to stick to scientific development perspective to build a harmonious society ofsocialism. In addition, it is an inevitable requirement of modernization for China to solvedeficiency of peasantry’s development at the present stage. Therefore, exploring and analyzing theissue of peasantry’s development from the point of scientific development perspective is of greatsignificance to perfect the system of Marxism’s chinization and promote the harmoniousdevelopment of current economic society.
