Scientific evidence refers to the procedure, the use of science and technology get to explain the fact that cases of inner link or causal relationship material. Extension of the scientific evidence is open, it is to use science and technology method to prove the evidence, which also determines its essential difference with the ordinary evidence, it must rely on professional method is proved. It is typical of the professionalism of the proved method. Science and technology, make modern trial radically change, science and technology is becoming important means to find out the case fact. Science and technology result in trial mode change is hitting the discretion as the cornerstone of modern evidence law. Profound influences on the procedural law of science, applied information technology to the traditional litigation procedure, so considering litigation justice and litigation efficiency, it is also a judicial system according to the change of external environment and the need for self-adjustment. The rapid development of science and technology makes scientific evidence in the judicial judgment plays an increasingly important role. In the judicial practice, for the admissibility of scientific evidence, law enforcement and judicial departments rarely questioned or review, generally accepted and directly as the basis. Aiming at the scientific evidence in the judicial practice is blind superstition, the lack of the scientific reliability substance to review the phenomenon, we should comprehensively review scientific evidence in the court proceedings probative value problem, the admissibility of scientific evidence to establish standards, deliberate use of scientific evidence.
