A Study On The CPC’s Ecological Civilization Construction Strategies Since Its 16th National Congress

With the development of economy, the ecological problems started to appear and to be gotten attention from the people of all circles. Since the CPC’S 16th National Congress, in which the novel idea of "to harmonize human and the nature" was written into the party’s report, such an idea successfully laid the theoretical and practical foundation for the explicit idea of "Ecological Civilization Construction" which was put forward by the party later on. The "Ecological Civilization Construction" was then raised to a brand new level of strategic significance.Such a change can be viewed as the CPC’s new understanding of the latest situation of ecological civilization, and it is very scientific and rational.Since the beginning of the policies of reform and opening up to the outside world, China’s economy has registered tremendous break-through. However,as the neglect of ecological civilization construction,it brought series of negative effects. For instance,the resource and energy crisis appeared in some areas. In addition, they were also afflicted by the potential threatening of institution dilemma of ecological construction and the degradation of ecological quality. All of these problems threatened the benefit of the nation, society and the people. Meanwhile,it will also restrict the development of the economy to some extent. To solve such problems, the ecological civilization construction strategies was promptly put forward by the CPC, which was undoubtedly the guide of the ecological civilization construction and made it more effective and practical. In a word, it is of high value to research the CPC’s ecological civilization construction since the party’s 16th National Congress.By making a brief review on the ecology related issues and reality since the CPC’s 16th National Congress, as well as applying multifold research methods, Based on the theory and practice research, comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical development of ecological civilization construction of the Chinese Communist Party since sixteen, and the various stages of development,analysis the development effectiveness, and attempts to summarize some important developments on the basis of this experience,to provide useful theoretical and practical inspiration for the construction of ecological civilization in the future.
