Investigation Of Status Quo And Strategic Research Of Honesty Level Of Villagers In Yao Village, Gongcheng Country

Under the background of urbanization, with fast development of economy which has improved people’s living standard greatly, the pattern of rural society from acquaintances to strangers, so the phenomenon of lack of good faith in the rural residents is one of the major problems existing in the current rural social life. In order to explore the background of urbanization, current situation and strengthen the faith of the national rural residents in the building of rural residents, the essay makes a survey on Shui bin village, Li mu town and Gong cheng town, and from Interpersonal honesty, Production and business honesty, Democratic autonomy governance honesty,and participate in social affairs honesty. The paper makes use of questionnaire《The faith of situation questionnaire Gongcheng Yao villagers》on about 240 villagers household interview of empirical investigation. The study includes different gender,different political affiliation, different ages, different professional, different level of education, analysis of the questionnaire survey with SPSS11.5 quantitative statistical analysis.The results have reflected that the honesty among rural residents is showing a favorable tendency, the vast majority of rural residents can achieve good faith in communication, production and management, participate in social affairs. However,the essay also finds the problem that the honesty lower in strangers; in agricultural production and management of rural residents, for example a price fraud advertising and quality of service issues; in the village of autonomy and democratic management,the village committee elections there are not honest voting behavior; in rural residents to participate in community affairs and disputes forest land, also increasingly prominent. The essay from the individual factors and social factors into analysis, for one thing, it points out that age, education and residents’ career for the influence of rural honesty in the individual factors. For the other, it also points out that the instability of the rural social order, the speeding up of the rural population mobility,the resolution of rural traditional culture and country law is not sound is directly affect the country honesty in social factors. Last but not the least, the essay puts forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures, it helps to strength Rural governance on reference, and lays a good foundation on the stability and development of a harmonious society.In this paper, besides the introduction and epilogue, is divided into three chapters:the first chapter, mainly discusses the present situation of the rural residents’ honesty among Interpersonal honesty, Production and business honesty, to participate in social affairs honesty. The second chapter, according to data and case analysis, and put forward the basic conclusions and issues of concern to this current situation, clear the main performance of the rural residents dishonest behaviors, and analysis incentives of rural residents lack of honesty on personal factors and social factors. The third chapter, suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve Rural residents honesty,from moral culture construction, operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism put forward to propose feasible ideas.
