With the continuous development of information technology, e-commerce has been widely into people’s daily life, people will be able to stay at home on the computer screen before the selection, purchase goods, however, consumers enjoy the convenience of e-commerce gives them unprecedented at the same time, also faces a series of trading patterns as the popularity of this new threat generated Openness of the Internet and virtual sex undermine the exercise of the rights of consumers. Yet traditional legal transactions for online transactions of this new way of supplementing or amending cause many legal problems can not be derived from existing laws to regulate and adjust. These issues directly affect the operation of the rapid development of Internet commerce. Faced with these problems, how to have a relatively complete consumer protection laws in the e-commerce environment to continue to play their legitimate rights and interests of consumer protection safeguarding the role of the economic order, while developing e-commerce in particular affecting consumer protection laws rules to ensure e-commerce has become a key factor for sustainable development.In this paper, on-line e-commerce transactions related to the control of the legal system as the main object of study, combined with theoretical knowledge of law and the practice of online shopping based on the integrated use of system description, multi-angle analysis, specification interpretation and other methods on our online shopping in-depth analysis, based on the absorption of the various theories and developed for the online trading system recommendations, focusing on building a sound legal system for online transactions existing loopholes in the law, and China’s current legal system to analyze online transactions, thereby legislative proposals. This paper discusses the following sections;The first chapter of the e-commerce development, concepts are outlined, and e-commerce in the importance of consumer protection are described, then China’s Internet users in the largest number of online transactions "Taobao " trading regime systems research, analysis and a description of the main parties to the main transaction process, allowing readers to the current Chinese online trading basic model has an overall understanding of the same time, online transactions in the legal definition of the elements of the legal position, as discussed in this paper commenced after theoretical foundation.The second chapter described according to the first part of the transaction process, will be combined with the legal system, in order to find one of the various legal loopholes analysis, such as, e-commerce consumers’ right questions of implementation, e-commerce consumers returned goods issues, e-commerce trading rights in the consumer protection issues, e-commerce consumers the right to claim damages, consumer privacy protection in electronic commerce, e-commerce consumers the right to security problems, and explains the parties to the transaction on the Internet how to bear legal liability issues.Chapter III of countries(regions) and international organizations on the e-commerce consumer protection regulations were introduced, analyzed, and compared our current e-commerce consumer protection laws and regulations, in order to improve our e-commerce consumers rights protection system construction to provide a reference.The fourth chapter on the analysis of e-commerce consumer protection legal system deficiencies and draw on the basis of national legislation, from a perfect system of e-commerce consumer protection legislation and strengthen the government and the community on the regulatory aspects of e-commerce advice, China’s national conditions and proposed establishing a dispute settlement mechanism to facilitate more convenient for the consumer rights.
