Corruption as an erosion of social ills, not only destroy the democratic legal system and the social economic order, also contributed to organized crime, distorted the values of the people.Anti-corruption is current focus of the Party and hot topic of Chinese society. In recent years, the central to the attitude construction as the breakthrough point, keep a high profile in anti-corruption work, and to investigate and punish violations of senior cadres do not limit, pursue corruption cases is not soft, not only by the social widespread praise, also make the party members cadre to establish the honesty of the wind. Anti-corruption work is a project which is no end, China’s anti-corruption legal system still have many shortcomings, there are many places is yet to be perfected.The United Nations convention against corruption(hereinafter referred to as the convention) 58 th session of the UN general assembly voted in 2003, as the first international anti-corruption legal document, the policy of the convention for countries to combat corruption crime not only provides a strong support, but also laid the legal foundation for international cooperation against corruption. China to vote on the 18 th session of the tenth session of the standing committee of the National People’s Congress passed the convention, but our country’s anti-corruption legal regulations and the requirements of the convention is still a big gap, in order to combat corruption crime and the international community, as an international obligations at the same time, China it is necessary to follow the convention constantly perfect the anti-corruption law of related laws and regulations.In this paper, we study the perfection of China’s anti-corruption law, with the related provisions of the convention as reference. Through to our country current anti-corruption law rules compared with the relevant requirements of the convention, puts forward how to improve.
