The Historical Evolvement And Reality Innovation Of Rural Community Governance In China Since 1949- On The Perspective Of Civil Society

Industrialization and urbanization have promoted the rapid development of rural communities, and since more than sixty years of the founding moment, CCP and the government never stopped the exploration of rationalized governing path on the rural communities. The traditional path of governance has demonstrated some limitations after the test of practice, this article attempted to recalling the history of governance in rural communities since the founding of New China by the theoretical perspective of civil society, in order to bring some inspiration for the current governance. By combing different historical experience from the period of collectivization, after the reformation and opening and new rural construction, summarize the different impact on the development of civil society by different governing path. Based on the former research, analyzing the dilemma and reason for the dilemma on the current governance of rural communities, exploring an innovative path in the process of urbanization in rural communities, that is the path of constructing the system of civil society, the formation of multi-governance model on good governance, multi parties participation based civilized cultural environment, and optimized rural community public product supply and demand mechanism.
