All along, the crime of corruption is our country criminal law focus on combat duty crime type, at present our country is in the period of social transformation, the ant i-corrupt ion situation was very serious, how to carry out qualitative and the science of corruption crime, is one of the problems in our current criminal legislation and justice must be taken seriously. With the development of the situation, cognizance of corruption crime subject is becoming more and more complicated, difficult problems in judicial practice is also more and more, for clarification only on corruption crime subject, in order to better prevent and punish corruption, in order to create a good social order and atmosphere for the construction of harmonious society, this paper subject to the crime of corruption of the identified issues discussed.The first chapter is the introduction, describes the background and significance of this topic, and introduces the research framework and ideas in this thesis.The second chapter is about the since the founding of our criminal legislation on the subject of embezzlement crime law. and the theory of differences between the subject of embezzlement crime cognizance theory are reviewed.The third chapter combined with the relevant provisions of the criminal law, from the national staff and their recognized, quasi state functionaries and cognizance, entrusted management, management of state-owned property personnel and cognizance, mixed subject of corruption crime main body on several aspects of corruption crime cognizance of joint implementation are discussed in detail.The fourth chapter analyzes China’s current criminal law on the crime of corruption problems, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the.
