This paper is mainly about the development and evolvement of organizations which are The Chinese Communist Party in Suiyuan regional in four stages, were the Great Revolution, the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation.In March 1925, Ji Yatai and Li Yuzhi were ordered to return to Suiyuan for creating the local Chinese Communist Party organizations in the name of help to build the Kuomintang Party Headquarters. Development over party members quickly and set up two organizations. The Suiyuan Local Committee of the CPC was established under the leadership of the Northern District Executive Committee by 1926. In April 12, 1927, The CPC’s activities in Suiyuan regional into a low ebb after the counter-revolutionary coup was initiated by Chiang Kai-shek.In October 1927, the Special Suiyuan Party Branch of the CPC was established with the help of the Northern Communist Party. The Chinese Communist Party’s Organizations in Suiyuan regional began to recover. Later, the Communist International, Shanxi Party Committee of the CPC, Shun-Zhi Party Committee of the CPC and the Northern Communist Party sent to Suiyuan regional to help to build The Chinese Communist Party’s Organizations one after another.Enter the period of the Anti-Japanese War, The Chinese Communist Party’s Organizations in Suiyuan regional had been further development. With the change of the situation, the Sui Mongolia Working Committee of the CPC was established. Suiyuan Party Committee of the CPC, Jin-Sui Boarder Area Committee of the CPC, Sui Mongolian Area Committee of the CPC were set up one after another to lead The Chinese Communist Party’s Organizations in Suiyuan regional.Beginning of the War of Liberation, Sui Mongol Area Party Committee of the CPC was set up under Jin-Sui branch of CPC. In June 1949, Suiyuan Party Committee of the CPC was set up and Sui Mongol Area Party Committee of the CPC was revoked in order to adapt to the changing situation in Suiyuan regional. Until August 1952, the establishment of the Sui Mongolian branch with Merge Suiyuan Party Committee of the CPC and Inner Mongolia branch of the CPC.
