Cyber-culture is a mental phenomena arising based on network behavior, including network-related behavior, mental state, ways of thinking, knowledge structure, moral evaluations, values, Aesthetics and so on. It is a virtual cultural space and time, its scope unprecedented broad and open. Advent of the Internet culture, new problems led to a series of new space for the development of human culture has never encountered new challenges and cultural studies.With the gradual formation of Cyber-culture, the problems had begun to emerge.
