Administrative law enforcement and criminal justice information sharing mechanism refers to,the administrative law enforcement organs, the public security organ, the procuratorial organ,on the base of performing their duties, establishing information reporting system, the system of joint conference, and under the premise of strengthened confidentiality, to achieve the purpose of information sharing gradually. Establishing and improving information sharing mechanism of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice can effectively resolve the current problems like administrative law enforcement organs don’t transfer cases, The public security organs to transfer the case to the administrative law enforcement organs of the investigation rate is low, Information sharing platform construction is lagging behind.This article focuses on the study of information sharing between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice during their convergence. Based on theories, the paper studies the legal basis of sharing information between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice, Summaring the problems like administrative law enforcement and criminal justice information sharing in practice is difficult to get rid of dependence on the administrative coordination, has great randomness, not the normal development of information work, the joint meeting does not play the functions as it should,the platform construction is not balanced through the whole country. Then bringing forwards the reason why so much problems exist during the information sharing,and puts forward solutions.
