Under the socialist market economy,wages is not only the most important way for workers to achieve their right to life,the basic source of livelihood of workers,but also the main basis to enhance the quality of workers. "Wage workers is the core labor rights,the ultimate goal is the pursuit of the behavior of workers.If the worker does not get paid to wage labor,the statutory labor rights will come to nothing in reality,laborer purpose is fundamentally not realize." As can be seen from the above sentence,the importance of wages for workers,in real life,the state will to protect the rights of workers wages through a variety of measures in the field of labor wage system,which wage payment system plays a crucial role.For the current instability of labor relations,in arrears,withheld wages to laborers and other phenomena have more serious cases,countries have also introduced a series of policies and regulations to be regulated.For example,wage provisions of the rights of workers to guarantee repayment of the highest priority to implement the wage payment system,or the provisions of a special fund wage protection systems to ensure labor claims can be achieved,or also integrate these two systems to achieve the protection of wages paid by some legal protection to be provided for Wages to guarantee payment of wages.In terms of wage payment security mechanism,China has also made a lot of effort,but in this respect,our country compared with the foreign countries,there is still a big gap. This paper will start with the theory of wage payment,drawing international community wage payment security mechanism to the relevant provisions of the deepening of the theoretical basis of the understanding of wages paid,in a bid to make up for the payment of wages to some extent,lack of security mechanism research.I mainly from six parts to build this article,the first part is a holistic introduction to the wage payment security mechanism,including the significance of the topic and the overview about the research status at home and abroad.The second part discusses the definition of wages,an overview of the wage payment and the necessity to protect the wage paid,the purpose is to study the payment security mechanism theoretically.The third part is a comparative study about wage payment security system among China’s Hong Kong,Taiwan and some foreign countries.The fourth part is the introduction of wage payment security mechanism of the status quo and problems.The fifth part makes some suggestions about how to establish the wage payment security mechanism to make some suggestions in our country.The last part of this article is to summarize.
