| Ezen-Khoroo Banner of Ordos is a drought and water scarcity area. There are hazards of sand storms, and the ecological environment is extremely fragile and unstable, thus it would be very difficult to recover once the ecology is destructed. With the population growth and economic development, the contradiction between the ecological and environmental protection and economic development are becoming increasingly prominent. To alleviate this contradiction, the Government introduced the policy of the ecological migrants. In this thesis, the author analyzes the implementation, types and effects of ecological migration, taking Ezen-Khoroo Banner of Ordos as an example. On the basis of the existing problems, the author pointed out some advises for implementing the ecological migration policy.The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and practical value of ecological migration, taking example of Ezen-Khoroo Banner. And the second chapter describes the achievement of ecological migration. And the third chapter analyzes the problems exists in the implementation of ecological migration polity. And in the fourth chapter, the author pointed out some advices to cope with the existing problems regarding ecological migration. |
