Incompetence Danger Confronted By The Communist Party Of China And The Countermeasures

"Four tests" and "four dangers" confronted by the Party were explicitly emphasized in the 18th CPC National Congress. We must enhance the Party’s leadership and governance and its ability to resist corruption and degeneration and to withstand risks, and enhance self-purification, improvement, innovation and exaltation of ability, which fully indicate the Party’s clear understanding and rational consideration over its incompetence danger.On the basis of reviewing and combing the theoretical thinking of the Communist over strengthening capacity building, this article explains and analyzes the major manifestations, harms and causes of the incompetence danger confronted by the CPC, and proposes certain thoughts and suggestions to prevent and cope with the incompetence danger. This article is divided into four parts:on the basis of analyzing the basic connotation of governance capacity, the first part explains the theoretical thinking; the second part illustrates major manifestations and harms of the incompetence danger; the third part analyzes the main causes of incompetence; and the fourth part proposes suggestions and countermeasures to prevent and cope with incompetence danger.
