The mass line is the important theoretical result of Sinicization of Marxism which is formed by the combination of universal principles of Marxism and Chinese revolution and the actual socialism construction, which is the basic route and working method to implement the party’s political line, ideological line and organizational line, which is the lifeline of the development of the communist party of China. The deployment of education practice and the mass line is a kind of practice and innovation to stick to implementing the party’s mass line in the development of new situation, the party firstly carries out the learning activities of mass line, and the extent of radiation of practice results is so wide that everyone could see it. Establishing a new system during the mass line education practice is not only the need of consolidating the activity achievement, but also the necessity of developing theory. The institutionalization of the mass line education practice is just a research based on this thought.This research is mainly carried out from the following four aspects:firstly, we summarize the theory origin and historical evolution of the mass line’s formation and development, base on the solid theoretical basis and historical logic, introduce the background, content and significance of mass line education practice, and define the related concept of the institutionalization of the mass line education practice, like mass line, institutionalization and so forth which are often understood by people for granted or confused with other concepts. Therefore, defining these concepts is the premise of further study. Secondly, in the overall perspective, we summarize the historical achievements of insisting on implementing the mass line in different periods, carefully systemize the institutionalization of course of mass line mainly in the party constitution, provide some experience, and promote the implementation of the goal of the institutionalization of the mass line education practice. Thirdly, with an eye to the development, results and complex situation of the mass line education practice, we analyze the difficulties and challenges of institutionalization and provide the necessary support of reality for the further research. Fourthly, we explore the strategy of the institutionalization of the mass line education practice, from the top-level design, with an eye to the new use of successful experience in the past and the establishment of normalized mechanism, and realize the goal of the institutionalization of the mass line education practice. |
