Study On Information Property Rights Protection System

With the rapid development of social economy, the information age has come. Nowadays, the role of information in social development is no doubt, Information has become one of the essential factors of social development. It can be said that information’s influence on human society is unprecedented. Information resource has become important resources of development and utilization, directly or indirectly created a huge wealth, information property right attribute is becoming the focus of attention. Because the information has had property value reflected in people’s economic activities, people has had a dispute about this kind of property rights, in the modern legal society, we must explore, research, thinking about information property rights issues from the perspective of legal. We need to research that information is a kind of property or not,and what kind of property it is? The information property rights have the possibility of constructing or not? If we can, what kind of information form of property rights will be? What’s the difference between the object of information property right and the general object? What’s the boundaries between property rights and intellectual property information? How can we do the exercise of property rights and the protection of information in correct way? In order to solve these problems, this paper uses a variety of research methods, including the concept analysis, literature analysis, comparative analysis and so on.From the historical evolution of property right object, we can know the intangible property has became a important object of property rights in today’s society. And then, through the analysis of the connotation of the information, describes the definition and characteristics of information, starting from the invisibility and the property of information, i puts forward the concept and characteristics of information property rights. In the perspective of the development of the society and the change of the concept of property rights, further analysis of the construction of information property right theory and reality basis can be done, the necessity and feasibility of information property right is proposed. According to the information characteristics of property rights, i analyze the information property right subject, object and content, and put forward how to exercise information property right and protect information property rights.
