Research And Implementation Of Home-based Care Management System For Elderly

China is becoming an aging society, which measures taken to cope with a variety of issues for the aged caused by an aging of the population is particularly important. In terms of pension career for our country, aged issues is a lot of pressure. Only by means of effectively doing we promote home-based care services for the elderly, which is an effective way to solve our increasingly serious difficulty for pension services. To help elder to create a happy and high-quality of life, the paper develops home-based care management system by soft technology.On the basis of discussing the design pattern of home-base care, the paper develops a detail design principles for home-base care by combining with the special needs of the Chengguan District of Lanzhou City. The purpose of the system is to seamlessly integrate pension information of families, communities, hospitals and nursing homes, which forms a complete pension service system. The paper provides a model of scientific and rational modern home-based care and establishes a management system of integrating medical services, health services, information services and pension services. The paper explains the main service contents of home-based care management system in five areas that includes home-based care basic services, call home-based care services, security pension services, health care services and health promotion services.In order to provide theory basis to the development of disease predictive function. The paper reveals the risk factors for hypertension by using BRFSS data sets and Logistic regression analysis. Designing a predictive model of hypertension based on BP neural network, which provides a theoretical basis for disease control and prevention for elderly.
