Social Work Intervetion Study On Immigrant Community Empoverment

In 1957, due to Xinhua County in Hunan province Zhexi reservoir built, about twenty thousand migrants moved to Y village in Xiangyin County, engineering has become the first generation immigrants. Nowadays in 2015, Y village still faces numerous engineering immigrants problem. One of the most pointed is lots of social conflicts. Although Xiangyin County government has adopted a series of measures to ease social contradictions and reducing the occurrence of social conflict, how to strengthen the sense of belonging and community harmony have become big problems. In this paper, through the intervention of social work, and introduced the rise in Japan, localization has been very successful in Taiwan community construction methods, Y village migration to improve the living environment and the establishment of cultural identity. So as to gradually realize the immigrant community prosperity and harmony and reduce the frequency of social conflict.This paper was divided into five chapters:The first chapter: introduction. This thesis research background, research significance, research methods for the corresponding interpretation, and combed the domestic and foreign about immigration community social conflict and build relevant concepts and theories.The second chapter: understanding of immigrant communities by existing data and actual visits the formation and the basic conditions of politics, economy, culture at present, and the specific lists examples of immigrant village social conflicts, analyzes the characteristics of immigrant community social conflicts.The third chapter: this chapter detailed describes the social workers by using the theory of community construction immigrant communities in the process of social work intervention. Specific content of social work intervention include of the immigrant community public space construction, help and guide the community residents are formulated and implemented the process of community residents construction plan and promote cultural fusion.The fourth chapter: for the community to build the process and results of evaluation, and closing.The fifth chapter: this chapter mainly writing the thinking of community construction localization and the difficulties of the social work intervention in rural community, and community construction and the rural social work offers two Suggestions.
