The Study Of Behaviors Of Anti-detection In Video Detection

In recent years, with the development of science and technology and with the advancement of practice of criminal investigation, video detection is used in criminal investigation, and the effect is remarkable.Such as “zhoukehua” series of armed robbery homicide cases are successfully detected,in which the key point is to benefit from the application of video detection.But, because of the news media reports and the exploration of the perpetrators, perpetrators also exist the actions for avoiding video detection,hindering the normal progress of investigation.In this paper, the basic theory of the anti-detection behaviors,the characteristics and the performances of anti-video detection are analyzed.And then the author researches about how to prevent and deal with the anti-video detection behaviors.This paper, besides introduction and conclusion, is divided into five parts altogether.The first part is the basic theory research of the anti-detection behaviors.Firstly,the concept of the anti-detection behavior is clearly defined.Currently in the theoretical circle,there is no uniform and clear definition of the anti-detection behaviors.The author integrated predecessors’ research results,and defined the concept again from the subject, purpose, object, content and other aspects of the anti-detection behaviors in the video detection;Secondly, the author introduces the types of the behaviors of anti-detection, including premeditated and unpremeditated behaviors, the anti-detection behaviors before through and after the crime, avoidant and attacking anti-detection behaviors, etc.;Thirdly, the author introduced the channels through which the perpetrators obtain the knowledge of anti-detection,in order to block the channels and prevent the perpetrators’ anti-detection behaviors.The second part is about the characteristics of the anti-detection behaviors in the video detection,and this part is one of the important parts of this paper.The anti-detection behaviors have some characteristics, the anti-detection behaviors in the video detection have some general characteristics and their own new characteristics:universal,pertinence, concealment and deception, diversity, etc.The third part is about performance of the anti-detection behaviors in video detection and how to identify the behaviors.The anti-detection behaviors mainly divides into the destructive type, covert type, simulate type.Destructive type behaviors are mainly violent destruction and technological destruction for monitoring equipment, transmissional equipment and control equipment;covert type behaviors are mainly to evade monitoring equipment in time and space and avoid exposure under monitoring equipment;simulate type behaviors are mainly to disguise the perpetrators and the vehicles.In addition, from epistemology and the characteristics of the anti-detection behaviors in video detection,identifiability of the anti-detection behaviors is analyzed.The fourth part and the fifth part is about how to deal with and prevent the behaviors of anti-detection in video detection.The countermeasures include investigating criminal scene carefully,studying the video, studying abnormal phenomenon,using of multiple investigation measures, researching the anti-detection behaviors themselves, expanding exploration area to find clues and evidences and so on.For preventive measures, the author put forward to raise awareness,improve the protective performance,intelligent level,and reasonable layout of monitoring equipment;strengthen supervision for the detainees in supervisory areas;strengthen supervision for the media, film and television play.
