The Soviet republic of China was established in Ruijin of Jiangxi in November 1931, which represents the beginning of the Soviet republic of China period, until in October 1934, the Red Army began to march up. During this period, the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese Soviet Provisional Central Government, in order to consolidate power in terms of the promulgation of the law and policy aspects, reflects the most citizens thought so that make citizens thought of our Party initially formed a system.In "The Outline of the Soviet Republic of China Constitution" as the representative of the Soviet legal system with distinct characteristics, Firstly in defines the rights of the citizens to vote and to be elected in political aspect, that guarantee the citizens’ political rights, and enhance the citizens’ democratic consciousness; Secondly, it provides for citizens to enjoy the right to work in the economic aspect, that safeguards the labor rights of the workers and peasants’ land ownership, and mobilize the working enthusiasm of the masses of workers and peasants; Finally, it provides citizens the right to education in culture aspect, improve the education conditions and mobilize the working enthusiasm of the masses of workers and peasants;Citizen thoughts of our party have initially formed a system in the period of Chinese Soviet Republic. It provides citizens’ rights and obligations, and through the development of different forms of school education(such as the Red Army schools, cadre schools, schools for children, etc.) and social education(such as evening school, half-day schools, amateur cram schools, etc.) to improve the citizens’ education thought during the Chinese Soviet Republic. The development of our party’s civic thought plays an important role in the historical development of society, however, at the same time, this thought has the limitations of that period, Because of mechanical copying of the Soviet Constitution mode, it provides the rights of citizens with the class nature which the national bourgeoisie is excluded.Therefore, the research and analysis about citizen thought of our Party in the period of the Chinese Soviet Republic. It can provide experience and reference for the development of citizen education of our party in the new period.
