The Research On The Integrity And Its Influence Factors Of Undergraduate Party Members

"Integrity" is the traditional virtue of Chinese nation. However, with the rapid development of economy in our country recently, the society integrity moral level declines. The economy development leads to people’s neglecting the spiritual civilization construction. For example, the leading cadres’ corruption and the public’s dishonesty,these prevent the Party and the country from developing. Therefore, the construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government is very urgent. Integrity is related to the future of the Party and the country. Undergraduate Party members are the successors of the course of social construction and the vital force of the Party. it is very meaningful to shape the integrity of colleges and the development of the country. The purpose of this research is to know about the integrity of college students and analyze the solutions. Then this thesis will put forward practical and effective measures to reconstruction and promote the spiritual civilization construction.Based on the social learning theory of Bandura and the stage theory of moral development of Kolberg, adopting the qualitative and quantitative research methods, this thesis explores the integrity of undergraduate party members in-depth. Firstly, the thesis widely collects the related literature about incorruption and its education through documentary method. The thesis analyzes the status quo of incorruption systematically and makes its concept clear, so as to construct the integrity of undergraduate party members and figure out possible influence factors. Next, by utilizing questionnaire survey and interview methods, the thesis conducts an empirical study on the current situation of the integrity of undergraduate party members as well as the factors that influence their integrity in terms of reliability and validity. Last but not least, the thesis evaluates the current view of integrity of undergraduate party members on the basis of empirical study and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing undergraduate party members’ integrity.The preface, Describes the background, purpose and significance of undergraduate ptrain of thought and defining the relevant concepts on undergraduate party arty members’ integrity, based on the predecessors’ research results determine the members’ integrity.Chapter two, Prepare the questionnaire, from the view of DE wealth, honesty,morality, thrifty, self-cultivation in five dimensions,consciousness, integrity awarenessand integrity behavior two levels to investigate to corrupt party members among undergraduate view of the status quo.Chapter three, Using the method of theoretical analysis and empirical investigation research influence integrity view of internal and external causes the undergraduate party members.Chapter four, from the perspective of internal and external shape integrity view the countermeasure and the suggestion of undergraduate party members.According to the research results, the overall level of current undergraduate party members is quite high. Generally, undergraduate party members have correct and honest value orientations and develop a clear understanding about the connotation and meaning of integrity. However, they find it difficult to unify their awareness and their deed when they deal with their own interest. Basides, the environmental and individual factors impact the view of integrity of undergraduate party members. What’s more, the individual factors show more influence than the environmental ones, which is in accordance with the theory of the dialectical relationship between the internal and external causes of Marxism.Combining the research results, the author proposes the following suggestions for shaping the integrity views of undergraduate party members from the aspects of environmental factors and individual factor. From the perspective of environment, we should change the ideas of family education and create a family tradition of integrity,focusing on the school education and constructing an integrity atmosphere. At the same time, we need to redress the social ethos of corruption and create an clean environment.From the perspective of individual factors, we should encourage the undergraduate party members to form a disciplined awareness of integrity. By self-learning, self-examination and self-culture they can cultivate integrity and confidence.
