A Study On The Communist Party Of China In The Early Days After Foundation Of Constructing The New Social Relationship Problems

At the early days of the new China, the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)become the ruling party across the country and was faced with arduous tasks to build the nation, develop the economy and realize social transformation.And yet,the CCP,without fully mental preparation and any experience worth drawing on,encountered difficulties in properly handling the relations between the ruling party and the society and building a sound relations of the two,which leads to many problems in this regard,including a limited expression channel of the legitimate and effective interest of the society due to the fact the political party controlled the society through the government; and various kinds inequalities during the development of the society caused by the absence of a sound communication channels between the party and the society.However,the new-type relations between the party and the society,as an integral part of the localization of Marxism in China, plays a fundamental role in the development framework of the relations between the party and the society in China and also severs as the source of the theory and practice to develop the new-type of relations between the party and the society in the new period. This article, based on the analysis and summary of the new-type relations of the party and the society formed in the early days of the new China, is devoted to putting up with shallow proposes to develop a sound relation between the party and the society in the new period.This article includes five parts and the contents are as follows:In chapter one, the article firstly introduces the reasons and significance of the research on this subject and then illustrates the literature review, briefly introducing the overseas and domestic research status on the relations between the ruing party and the society.In the end of the introduction, this article explains the research thinking and approaches to this subject.Chapter two firstly introduces the relevant concepts and theories of the ruing party and the society, and then expounds the relations between the political party and the society and the major three models of the ruing party and the society. At last, this chapter elaborates on theories to the relations between the political party and the society from the perspective of the political science,the classical Marxist writers and also the CCP.This chapter is mainly to generally explain the relations between the ruing party and the society from the theoretical aspect.Chapter three mainly analyze the historical conditions in the early days of the new China when the CCP built the new-type relations between the political party and the society.These historical conditions that exert influence to the building of the relation between the ruing party and the society include:the requirements of Chinese society, the requirements of the CCP as the political party, and the influence of relations between the ruing party and the society forming in the revolution period and Soviet model.Chapter four expounds the process of and the measures for building the new-type relation between the political party and the society in the early days of new China. The new-type relation forming in the early days of the new China was never easy to build, it had initial period and forming period. This new-type relation was built by reconstructing grassroots regime, reforming the old relations of production,launching cultural and ideological reform movements and rebuilding the social organization.Chapter five expounds the features and influence of the new-type relation between the political party and the society in the early days of the new China. To start with, this chapter introduces the basic feature of the relation that the political party control the society through the government.Then, this chapter expounds the features forming between the political party and the politics,economy, social organization and social life.In the end, the chapter expounds the influence of the new-type relations between the riling party and the society in the early days of the new China on the political party and the development of the society.The conclusion part is a brief summary of the five above-mentioned chapters and puts up with three proposals based on the new-type relation between the political party and the society in the early days of the new China featured with a " strong political party and weak society. Firstly, the boundary between the political party and the society should be corrected defined. Secondly, the role of the CCP in the relation between the political party and the society should be highly valued. Thirdly, the existing relation between the political party and the society should be improved so as to build the new relation between the political party and the society that is in line with the development in the new period.
