Studies On The Improvement Of The Socialist Deliberative Democracy

The presentation of the concept of "the socialist deliberative democracy" is in the Eighteenth National Congress officially. The concept pointed out the direction of the further development of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics. Our country neither choose western political structure,nor choose stay in place in the pursuit of the road to democracy, we choose the socialist deliberative democracy as the important form of building democracy and safeguarding the rights and interests of democracy. The socialist deliberative democracy is not the deliberative democracy which is effected by Western Liberal Democracy. The concept Is that our party summarizes historical experience, looking to the future development trend and then made the a rational and wise judgment. Deliberative democracy socialism is the latest development of marxism. It is the Chinese communist party actively developing democracy, respond to the direct reaction of the people’s democracy. Developing socialist deliberative democracy can directly solve social contradictions reasonablely and efficiently, and promoting the reasonable improvement of the political structure. It is the key to realize the modernization development of our country. The article is divided into four parts.The first chapter:The Basic theory of China’s socialist deliberative democracy. This part firstly discusses the concept and characteristics of deliberative democracy socialism For a overall understanding of socialist deliberative democracy. Then this part introduces the six channels of deliberative democracy, including party consultation, administrative consultation, legislation of political consultation, grassroots consultation and so on. Finally through with comparison between western deliberative democracy and electoral democracy and people’s political consultative conference, accurate the position of socialist deliberative democracy in the position in China’s political practice.The second chapter:This part firstly combed the history of socialist development of deliberative democracy. Then introduce the achievements our socialist deliberative democracy has made, including Channel, system and the improvement of consciousness. Finally discusses the development of China’s socialist deliberative democracy in the process of existing problems and the causes. Main problem is that lack of negotiation environment, and that negotiation subject ability needs to improve, and negotiate legal system is not sound.The third chapter:The perfection path of our socialist deliberative democracy The path to improve mainly includes the following five aspects.
