The Research On Low Carbon Economy In China’s Legislation Question

Since the middle of the last century, China’s climate has changed significantly, warming is almost twice the global, high temperature, drought, storm, typhoon extreme weather events such as human enhancement. Since this century, meteorological disasters caused direct economic losses of about 1% of gross domestic product (GDP),8 times that of the same period the global average. In order to cope with global warming, low-carbon economy arises at the historic moment, the so-called \"low carbon economy\" refers to, in under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development, through technical innovation, system innovation, industrial transformation, new energy development and other means, as much as possible to reduce the high carbon energy consumption coal, oil, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, achieve economic and social development and ecological environment protection of a win-win economic development form. Development of low-carbon economy has become our the best way to combat warming. And legislation to promote and safeguard the development of low carbon economy is the trend of The Times. Around the theme of the low carbon economy legislation, this paper mainly discussed from five aspects.
