Study On Youth Affairs Management Baiytin District Of Guangzhou City Under The Perspective Of Governance Theory

With the establishment of rapid change, the weakening of social market economy and the traditional values, especially family structure and function changes and the adolescents’ social rapid presentation, to physical and psychological growing youth brings a more intense internal conflicts and more complex psychological feeling. In this context, young people in physical and mental growth problems than any previous period to highlight. Due to family, school, society and other traditional places to psychological problems of teenagers understanding and attention is not deep enough, resulting in more and more teenagers show playing truant, violence, addiction and a series of deviant behavior, this has become a common serious social problems. These questions are worthy of our thinking process in youth affairs management work in. Baiyun District of Guangzhou city as one of the old city, in conjunction with the Department of urban and rural, diversified ownership structure within the jurisdiction of various economic elements coexist, complex, the process of city development is not balanced, new and old urban areas, rural areas, develop the city area, park, arranged in a crisscross pattern. Complex economic and social environment caused by the Baiyun District youth population structure, distribution and flow, production and life style, interest demand diversification, complication. Therefore, youth affairs management of Baiyun District is more urgent and necessary. In the current new situation, Baiyun District of Guangzhou City, the basic situation of thorough combing youth affairs management, analyzes the existing problems, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the work, youth affairs management and the Baiyun District, has practical significance.This paper attempts to start from the present situation of youth groups inBaiyun district, use the theory of governance basing on the actual investigation data and analyse some outstanding problems, to explore the deep-seated reasons that causedproblems, and puts forward the measures to improve the work of youth affairs management. The author carried out the research from the following five parts of youth affairs management work in Baiyun District of Guangzhou city:The first part mainly introduces the significance of the topic, the research background,this paper defines the basic concepts involved and the research ideas and research methods; The second part focuses on the analysis of the present situation of Guangzhou Baiyun District Youth Affairs management; The third part explores the existing problems and reasons of Guangzhou Baiyun District Youth Affairs Management; The fourth part on the basis of the above analysis, based on the practice and practice,from the perspective of governance theory put forward the youth affairs management and the participation of the main recommendations of improving the youth affairs management of Baiyun District; Finally, the fifth part, summarized the results of this research.
