The Behavior Logic Of The Local Government And Farmers In Rural Demolition

In recent years, the social problems caused by the conflict of interests in demolition of housing have gradually become the focus of public attention and hot discussion during the period of social transformation. In fact, the current society of China, the most common social phenomenon in the process of land is the interests of the parties maximize for their own interests, it is not bloody but also full of rules and human balance, forced to agree with tension.In the unique political system of China, as one of the most close to the rural organizations in the administrative management system, the grass-roots government is facing a serious unequal responsibility and right of embarrassment, it is huge network in acquaintance society, and has a complex entanglement with rural society. This particularity of rural grass-roots government tends it to use other methods instead of coercion in the process of demolition, and the starting point that makes it possible to "peace sign" demolition. At the grassroots of government and the peasants in the process of bargaining, the two sides can reach a compromise and cooperation.In this paper, the aim is to explore the grass-roots government and farmers strategies, and analysis the reason and mechanism,through an in-depth investigation in village H of Taizhou, which around the main line between the requisition of grass-roots government and peasant microscopic interaction. On this basis, the author thinks through perfecting the system, the transformation government function, and pushing forward the construction of the rural society can we truly achieve positive interaction and cooperation between farmers and grassroots government.
