Early in2013, Xi Jinping was elected as the new president of China, which not on ly made "the Chinese Dream" well known around the world, but also made his wife P eng Liyuan, an artist, become the focus of the world’s attention. From March 22th 201 3 to March 30th, accompanied by Peng, Xi visited Russia and many other countrie s. Different with the traditional practice, China’s official media reported their visitat ion at a high-profile, causing a carnival on folk social network, even her dressing caus ed a fashion storm comparable to the "Kate effect".In order to analyze the new phenomenon of China’s first lady, the author take Peo ple’s Daily and Sina Blog as a dual discourse space samples to analyze and compare b oth official and folk’s viewpoints. When analyzing the contents, the author describes t he communication and interpretation framework of the double discourse space. In th e text of expression, unlike the official discourse as being pure, delicate, elegant, an d metaphysical, folk discourse is fragmented, original, a real grass-rooted life experie nce. Differently with the solemn official expression with deep intention or grant them e, their contents are usually short, pithy, plain and straight-forward, with a nuanced en try point. They use their own language structure as a way of expression to vent their f eelings and gain pleasure when talking politics on the website, with a significant chara cteristics of emotional, stealthy and exultant. But at the same time, it is not difficult t o find that the spread of folk discourse have actually met the official recognition dema nds. Compared with their previous opposition and gaming on many public events, th e official and folk discourse space achieved harmonious interaction on the constructio n of the image of the first lady, sharing a positive attitude and a consistent agenda, es pecially on the topics of political meanings, economic meanings, domestic goods.Through text analysis, the author tries to resolve in the propagation architectur e between double discourses, how is the symbolic significance of the first lady constru cted, and to restore the meaning production process of the text analysis. After a thor ough reading of the text, the author believe that the New Deal carrying the image of th e country construction is the main motivation of the official communication. Peng i s consciously constructed as "a symbol of Chinese culture", "good wife and mother ", "civilian Lady"," domestics spokesperson" and other roles in official discourse syst em, expressing the political desire for raising national economy and merging into th e world, as well as the political intent to change the government working style and bui Id friendly government. For folk discourse, the folk interpretation is full of marks o f female aesthetic in a patriarchal society. The excitement of cheering reflects people’ s sensitiveness to cultural values and thoughts of isomorphic home and country. At th e same time the attention on the dressing of the first lady and the hot selling of relate d products also reflects the increasingly popular consuming culture in the new medi a era. It launched theFirst Lady carnival belonging to grassroots citizens in the case of civil discourse is acquiesced by the official and the amplification emoti ons and themes are realized. Under the production and interaction of the meaning o f text analysis space, the official always unintentionally cater to the civil discourse, i nitially adjust the mode of transmission and contents of dissemination, and the civil al so accept the official agenda actively. Together they launched the first lady public rev elry. Finally, the author believes that Peng’s first visit is a national ceremony which is essentially a boom centered on patriotism, participated by all the citizens. The Chinese Symbol Peng has made the national willing and folk feeling correspond unprecedentedly, which makes the double discourse space achieve a real harmonious interaction.
