Depositors, deposit insurance agency,insurance agency is the subject of legal relationship in deposit insurance. This year,China has officially introduced the "Deposit Insurance",which makes provisiongs for our Deposit Insurance Corporation,initially setting up the country’s dominant deposit insurance system. However,the introduction of deposit insurance regulations to the deposit insurance system is just a step,it is necessary to refine the relevant provisions in the ordinance to play a positive role for real. In addition,it is necessary to take supporting measures and develop or modify an auxiliary system of laws and regulations to provide a good environment for the operation of the deposit insurance system,such as the proper cutting the deposit reserve ratio, the lifting of financial institutions "rigid payment"; Amendment "Bankruptcy Law" or specially formulated financial institution bankruptcy laws and regulations to protect the interests of depositors,while establishing a good financial institutions exit mechanism; a clear division of responsibilities and scope between the deposit insurance fund structure and China’s people’s Bank of China Banking Regulatory Commission, to reduce overlapping responsibilities; strengthen shareholders of the insurance agency manager constraints,to ensure the robustness of the insurance agency business foundamentally.
