The Understanding And Application Of Organizing Prostitution

This paper is a review by "Sun of a prostitution case" as an example of a case study paper, the case concerning prostitution related crimes in the criminal law provisions of the multiple charges. In this article, the author uses criminal law theory,on the basis of the prostitution case,and adopted by the relevant evidence,through the analysis of the cirme of organizing prostitution and lure prostitution, forced prostitution crimes,abduction and sale of women and infants,helping organize to engage in prostitution,in order to apply the organizing prostitution correctly.This paper consists of f Ive parts:part I is the introduction,describes the background and practical significance of the study on the crime of organizing prostitution cases and sources.The part II is the basic situation of the case, including the merits of the case and controversy,disputes are fou views: the procuring crime crimes,the crime of trafficking and forced prostiution combined punishment for several crimes; assistance organizing prostitution crime crime of organizing prostitution.The part III is the most important part of this paper, the author starts with the analysis of these four observations in turn, in accordance with the theories of the crime in which detailed discussions involving charges, by analyzing the Sun evidence of criminal acts, and existing legal provisions.The part IV is the conclusion and suggestions through the front part of the narrative, concluded the Sun should be defined crime of organizing prostitution. I suggest tissue should be explained from "control of prostitution".The last part is the conclusion, epitomize the idea of writing, summarize the specific crime of organizing prostitution in judicial practice, understanding and application.
