Education and training of the Party and government cadres has always been the focusof Party building work, and strengthen the training of Party cadres is the important way tobuild a learning political party in the new period. China is in a critical period to building amoderately prosperous society. There are all kinds of interests and problems crossed andthey are easily to intensify contradictions. It is the times requirements that to thestrengthen learning and training of leading cadres.It has become more and moreimportant. With the period of large-scale training of cadres, many problems appeared.Analyzing the problems of Party and government leading cadres training and resolvingthem are the key to improve the level of cadre education and training, to improve cadres’quality and to promote the economic and social development.This paper analyzes the research background and significance of Party leading cadrestraining and research situation of leading cadres training at home and abroad. Then itexpounds related concepts and theoretical basis of party and cadre education and training.Taking Y region leading cadres training as study subject, a questionnaire survey was carriedfor analysis of the problems of education and training about the leading cadres in theregion，including insufficient training awareness, the lack of systematic、planning andpertinence, training of cadres method, content and teacher is relatively backward, trainingmanagement mechanism is not perfect and other issues. After that, the paper analyzes theadvanced mode and useful experience of education and training about leading cadres.Finally, based on the research above, this paper proposed countermeasures and suggestions,like changing education concepts, improving training management system construction andoperational guarantee mechanism, innovating approach and content. At last this paperprovides an operable improvement project, which can help to improve level of the Partyleading cadres training in Y region.
