Lawyer’s Participation In The Research On Social Contradictions Resolving

At present, with the advancement of China’s reform and opening up,social contradictions problems emerging. Resolving social contradictionsis the important way to stimulate the creativity of society, to maximizethe harmonious factors and reduce disharmonious factors, to transfernegative factors to positive ones maximally. Now, there are differentdeficiencies in the process of resolving social contradictions with thethree big mediation mechanisms, and the lawyer is the key to compensatefor these deficiencies. In this background, it seems important for thelawyer to study on participating three big mediation mechanism andresolving social contradictions.In this paper, the main performance and the causes of the socialcontradictions were analyzed, and deeply analyzed the advantages anddisadvantages of the several main ways to resolve the socialcontradictions. Through the analysis of the different modes of conflictresolving cases, summed up the problems of the lawyer’s participationcurrently, and putted forward the ideas and principles. At the same time, try to design a set of relatively complete and universally significantmechanism framework containing the system construction, fundsimplement and expanded roles. On the basis, try to provide bettercountermeasures and suggestions on preventing and resolving socialcontradictions fundamentally according to three mediation mechanism.
